LOCTITE® PC 235642

LOCTITE® PC 235642 is a premium, steel‑filled, 2-part epoxy putty designed for industrial-grade metal repairs. With a 30‑minute working time and full cure in approximately 6 hours, it allows for swift application and quick return to service. Once cured, it achieves Shore D hardness up to 85 and tensile strength near 4900 psi, compatible with steel, stainless steel, cast iron, bronze, copper and aluminum. Engineered for non‑sag performance, it bonds and restores structural integrity in pipes, machinery housings, flanges, molds, gear systems, valve bodies, and more. Post‑cure, the material can be machined – drilled, tapped, milled or ground – to precise specifications. The putty withstands continuous use up to 107°C (225°F), making it ideal for engines, industrial equipment and high‑heat assemblies.
