TECHNOMELT PUR 6225 LE is a reactive hotmelt adhesive system based on polyurethane with less than 1% isocyanate monomer content.
TECHNOMELT® PUR 6225 LE is a sprayable polyurethane adhesive which exhibits high initial strength and chemical cross-linking withing few days. The bond joint turns into a thermoset with high final bond strength. It has very high hot resistance and cold flexibility. It also exhibits excellent water resistance. This product is used in lamination and general assembly work and is ideal for temperature sensitive substrates. This product is used not only in the automotive industry but also in wood and textile industries.
