The LOCTITE CL30 LED Flood Curing Single Controller supplies electrical power to the LOCTITE CL30 LED Flood Light Sources.
This LOCTITE® CL30 LED Flood Curing Single Controller powers the LOCTITE CL30 LED Flood Light Sources to cure UV and visible light cure adhesives. The LED flood light sources are available in 365nm and 405nm wavelengths (item #2139182 and 2139180, respectively). It controls the time that the LED is kept on during the cure cycle. The LED Flood Array wavelength is selected according to the curing requirements of the adhesive. For a given irradiance, the exposure time required to fully cure the adhesive depends primarily on the properties of the adhesive and the optical properties of the substrate that the light is transmitted through.
